Verizon Wireless has officially announced that the Motorola DROID will be available for purchase on November 6th for a subsidized (contract) price of $199 after a $100 mail-in rebate. The DROID will ship with the much-anticipated Android 2.0 and all that it has to offer. The DROID will offer the following:
