Google labs has cooked up a little special sauce for those that want a better mobile web-browsing experience: Google Fast Flip. By optimizing browser pages for the Android and iPhone, a user can flip through web pages like a book, previewing page content before fully committing to view it. This is particularly handy for smartphones with small screens, tiny keyboards and painfully slow Internet speeds. Google says:
With this webapp you can literally flip through stories with the swipe of your finger. To get more information or view the entire article, simply tap on the screen. You can browse headlines and popular articles, and view trending topics. Searching for a specific topic lets you make your own “magazine.” Fast Flip makes sharing articles easy as well. To send an article to someone, simply tap on the “Email” link in the upper right.
There is no need to download anything to give this webapp a spin. Just visit fastflip.googlelabs.com on your Android device and start flipping through the “magazine” pages until you find something you like. Please let us know how it works for you!

Google Labs has been hard at work and their newest creation is Listen, an app for U.S.-based Android handset users that “…quickly finds podcasts and web audio relevant to your searches, lets you stream over-the-air or download for later, and subscribe to fresh content from your favorite feeds and searches.” In essence, Listen is an app for searching audio files.
