Ready to live in the Moment? Sprint certainly is, and Samsung is helping them do so by making the Moment official. The Samsung Moment for Sprint is equipped with the following features:
In spite of the fact that the design of the Moment is nothing to write home about, it should be very snappy with an 800MHz processor and it’s price isn’t too bad at $179.99 with a two-year agreement. Are you considering living in the Moment?

Brandishing a shiny Verizon HTC Hero and the Motorola Sholes/Tao/Droid, Eric Schmidt and Lowell McAdam stood together as partners to officially seal the deal between Verizon and Google. Verizon is poised to carry Android handsets and little green ‘droid lovers everywhere (or at least within Verizon’s network) can soon enjoy the likes of the HTC Hero and Motorola Sholes/Tao/Droid, just as pictured here. Take a really close look at the bottom right of the calendar above. See that? Yes, you see what you think you are seeing. This screenshot is allegedly a Verizon Wireless calendar that clearly shows “Motorola Sholes (Google)” slated for October 30th. This date is right around the corner and sets up well for the holidays. Verizon will finally have an Android-powered phone and Motorola will be diving into the ‘droid pool. We couldn’t be happier about this bit of rumor, and hopefully it will be confirmed as legit.

Good news for Android users that want or need a more robust syncing solution between their Mac or PC and Android handset. The Missing Sync from Mark/Space will soon be released with a public preview version as soon as next week and the official 1.0 full version sometime in November. The app will enable users to sync a variety of data for their Android phone, including music, photos, video, contacts, and more. The Missing Sync allows for syncing to Outlook, Entourage (Mac version of Outlook), iTunes, Mac address book, and the developer promises to add calendar, task, and note synchronization as free updates.
The Missing Sync has been a popular syncing solution already on numerous other platforms, so it is definitely worth checking out if you want a more complete syncing app for your Android.

The Android Dog, a ‘Droid’s best friend, has been missing from in front of the GooglePlex since this past summer. Affectionately named “Alex” by Android engineers, he was the faithful companion of “Mike”, or “Droid”, but was stolen and there is no sign of him.
If you happen to spot Alex (hard to miss, don’t you think?), let us know. However, it’s likely this little ‘droid doggie is sitting in a frat house somewhere.
