Global Equities Research analyst Trip Chowdhry released this morning that Motorola plans to release ten (10!) Android-based handsets in the next 6 – 10 months, starting with the Cliq. Prices will range from $39 to $399 with carrier subsidy.
Wow. When Motorola said they were going all-in to make Android phones, they weren’t kidding. This Android handset blitz should really help Motorola recapture some of that market share they used to hold when popular phones like the RAZR were all the rage. No further details are known at this time, but when more information is available about which handsets are going to which carriers, we’ll be sure to report it!
